Nail Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings

  • We Reserve the Right to Refuse service as we see fit.

  • No extra guests, children, or pets during the appointment.

  • When scheduling an appointment, please select all services desired,  as you may not be able to add-on services at your appointment. 

  • A NonRefundable Deposit is Required to hold your appointment, the deposit goes towards your appointment.

  •   Before or after business hours (overtime) appointments are an additional fee of $75 and must be paid prior to the appointment. All requests must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All salon services are prepaid and non-refundable: A LA Carte, Memberships, and Packages. Please see the rescheduling and cancellation policy.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Memberships

  • All memberships are on a recurring cycle from the initial payment date, each month.

  • Members are allowed to cancel their membership at any time. Memberships will end at the end of the billing cycle.

3. Cancellation:  

  • ·Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  Appointment can only be rescheduled once. In the event that you need to cancel within 48 hours of appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. 

  • In the case of an emergency mid appointment and client leaves, the appointment is to be paid for in full. If the appointment is canceled the day of, there will not be a refund of retainer, whether a deposit or full amount. 

  • Please notify me a minimum of 48 hours in advance via email (info@charleneautumn.com) so your deposit can be credited towards your next appointment. This credit does not apply towards cancellations. 

  • Deposits are non transferable and nonrefundable.

4. Reschedule: 

  • ·Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

  • · A reschedule fee of $25 will apply. Reschedule fees must be paid in advance of the appointment.

  • We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We understand that unforeseen health situations happen and we will work with each client on a case-by-case basis.


5. Late fees:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled, or canceled. If time allows, you may choose to receive a partial or shorter service but will be charged the full price of the original service.

6. Refunds and Payments:

  • · NO REFUNDS will be issued for any services. If you have any issues, please contact us via text message or email to discuss the issue and we will determine the best solution.

  • · CREDIT CARDS and Vagaro Pay Later are an acceptable form of payment.

  • · Gratuity can be given by Card, Cash, or Venmo. Payments must be exactly changed, we do not always have change available.


7. Repairs:

  • · Gel Polish will last up to 2 weeks but, it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any damages after 3 days as this is normally due to wear and tear, smoking, medications, and other daily lifestyles.

  •  If Gel Polish chips in 72 hours or less, please contact us immediately with an image of your chipped nail(s) and we will gladly repair the chipped nails. You must come into the studio.

  •  ·Acrylic Nail repairs,  if the nail breaks in a 48 hour time frame, the repair is complimentary, for more than 48 hours you will be subjected to a nail repair fee, unless it’s included in your membership.

  • Fill-INs are only for returning Charlene Autumn Beauty clients that we have done the initial set on.

8. Hygiene

  • We adhere to strict hygiene standards and use sanitized tools and products for each client.

  • Clients are encouraged to inform us of any concerns regarding hygiene practices.

   9.  PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA:

  • With the client's consent, photographs and video of the makeup look may be taken for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

  • If you are having professional photos taken and are okay with the nail tech posting them on the Charlene Autumn Beauty website but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials, please email those copies to: info@charleneautumn.com. Any objections to the publishing of the photos taken should be made in writing to info@charleneautumn.com 

10. LIABILITY:

  • Damages, theft, or contamination to Charlene Autumn Beauty property caused by any person, (including children), require on the spot compensation of equipment plus shipping costs of that equipment. As children cannot compensate, their responsible adult or client will be held responsible for on the spot compensation.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS:

  • Charlene Autumn Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
