Bridal Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Charlene Autumn Beauty LLC. Upon booking you agree to the following Terms of Service. 


The Big Day: Please be ready to start when I arrive. In most cases I will be 10-15 minutes early to set up. A set up table/work area should be made available for the makeup artist. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use and/or sufficient lighting. Natural lighting is preferred. All ladies receiving makeup should have a clean face and be ready to start. This is very important so we can stay on schedule. The Bride gets her makeup done last. Having an order of who gets their makeup done is recommended. If you have any personal products that you would like to use, it is at the makeup artists discretion to use these products.


  1. Bookings/ Payment

  • Appointments must be booked 8 weeks in advance through our designated booking system. 

  • Scheduled dates and times will only be reserved once a deposit and/or full payment has been made. Payments are to be paid in U.S currency (via cash, card, or mobile payment application). No personal checks are accepted.

  • Any appointments made on the day of the wedding/last minute will be a $150 charge per face.

  • Additional Charges: Parking/valet fee must be paid by the client on the day of.

  • A $50 travel fee is included in the deposit. Price can vary if location is further than 10 miles from the address “Atlanta, Ga”. 

2. Payment:

  • This deposit does not apply to the Bridal Glam, if the bride is solely booking a Bridal Glam, that is to be paid for in full. Only when doing bridal parties can deposits be made.

Bridal Party:

  • You, the bride, will collect the money from the party and pay in one transaction. 

  • The booking of the wedding is only reserved once a deposit or full payment is made. Please advise your wedding party of this policy.

  • Deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the wedding if a bridal party will be serviced. 

  • Full payment for the wedding party must be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. 

  • Payment for services can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

   3 . Cancellations 

  • Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will NOT receive a refund. Canceling your booking requires a 4 week notice. Deposit will not be refunded, but can be credited if the wedding date has moved dates. This credit only applies for one date change if I am available on this new date. All cancellations must be submitted in written form by email 4 weeks prior to the wedding. To be considered for a reschedule also submit an email a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding. Please be sure of service and date before booking.  


4. Arrival Time:

  •  Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment to receive the best outcome.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. 

  • After 30 minutes of being late the appointment may be canceled indefinitely. 

5. On Site:

  • The on-site service is very popular on wedding days. This allows the makeup artist to stay around to do any touch up after the wedding ceremony. Fix any eye makeup or face makeup if any tears have been shed right before those lifelong memorable photos. (Additional $100 per hour, per artist if applicable) 

6. Consultation:

  • Please ensure your face is clean, moisturized, and free from any makeup or other products before the makeup application begins.

  • A consultation will be conducted before the makeup application to discuss your preferences, skin type, allergies, and any other relevant information.

  • It is important to disclose any allergies or sensitivities to products to ensure the safety and comfort of the client.

  • If you have specific makeup products you prefer, those products can be used during appointment. 

IMPORTANT: Clients with new/fresh micro blading, chemical peel, facial services, piercings & tattoos (on face), sores, please wait 2 weeks or until fully healed before booking. 

7. Hygiene:

  • Any signs of sickness listed by the CDC will result in cancellation and deposit will not be refunded.

  • We adhere to strict hygiene standards and use sanitized tools and products for each client.

  • Clients are encouraged to inform us of any concerns regarding hygiene practices.

  • Any skin conditions the client(s) may have should be reported to the makeup artist prior to application. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist(s)  from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. It is required to notify artist(s)  prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any allergies and illnesses that may cause a reaction from any cosmetic product being applied. Should you fail to mention this prior to treatment, the makeup artist(s) will not be held responsible for any reactions. In no event will the artist(s) have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages. Please note that if you have any contagious illnesses/infections i.e. - conjunctivitis, cold sores, rashes, warts, or the flu - makeup services cannot and will not be performed under any circumstances with these conditions.

8. Responsibilities:

  • The makeup artist will endeavor to achieve the desired look discussed during the consultation, but variations may occur due to factors such as skin type, lighting, and individual features.

  • My goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide the best possible makeup experience. If there are any concerns or issues with the makeup application, please inform me immediately, and I will do my best to address them.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their preferences and expectations for the makeup application.

9. Photography and Social Media:

  • Makeup artist(s) will have their own photographer/videographer on site. The client agrees that the makeup artist & artists photographer/videographer may use any photography and videos for publicity purposes, which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages, promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials  No wedding trial or wedding pictures will appear on social media prior to the wedding.

  • If you are having professional photos taken and are okay with the makeup artist posting them on the Charlene Autumn Beauty website but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials, please email those copies to: info@charleneautumn.com. Any objections to the publishing of the photos or videos taken should be made in writing to info@charleneautumn.com 

10. Liability:

  • Damages, theft, or contamination to Charlene Autumn Beauty property caused by any person, (including children), require on the spot compensation of equipment plus shipping costs of that equipment. As children cannot compensate, their responsible adult or client will be held responsible for on the spot compensation.

11. Changes to Terms:

  • Charlene Autumn Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
